*Skin Polish & Resurfacing

Using a patented skin polishing and resurfacing tool made of stainless steel and finely crushed diamonds, this treatment will lightly polish the skin by hand, removing the top layer of dead skin cells, and leaving velvety smooth, fresh, rejuvenated skin. This is very effective for treating aging and sun damaged skin, scars, acne scarring, pigmentation, age spots, fine lines, enlarged and clogged pores. It will also smooth rough, dry or calloused skin. A series of 6 is most effective.

**Foot Reflexology Massage

As you recline and relax on the massage table, I will warm-up your feet, then thoroughly massage & work on your feet incorporating some Reflexology. Reflexology is a therapy that focuses on reflex points in the feet. By putting pressure on these points, nerve endings are stimulated in certain parts of the body. Circulation of blood, energy, and lymph are just a few of the benefits. Organs, glands, muscles, and joints can be stimulated through the feet. Reflexology can also help relieve pain, detoxify the body, and bring about homeostasis (i.e. balance). It is my goal to help others reach a balance within.

***Raindrop Therapy

This treatment combines the science of aromatherapy with the techniques of reflexology and massage. This amazing technique involves dropping 9 different therapeutic grade medicinal essential oils along the spine and soles of the feet and massaging in using specific techniques. These essential oils work on a physical, spiritual and mental level and the effects can last for several days. The application of essential oils are said to bring structural and electrical (energetic) alignment, bring balance to the body, boost the immune system and release toxins, viruses and bacteria lying dormant in the spinal cord. The oils used are chosen for their unique anti-spasmodic effects and muscles and soft tissue are gently eased without using force or excessive pressure. When you combine the life-giving force of the natural medicine in the essential oil and the intelligence of the human body, an amazing healing process begins. This treatment is also highly relaxing. This treatment is particularly appropriate for people with back pain &/or scoliosis. Includes a relaxing head massage.
